When you move home you will need the assistance of a property lawyer to manage the legal transfer of your sale and/or purchase, this process is know as 'conveyancing'.   A property Lawyer will either be a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.  Both types of lawyer work to strict codes of conduct and both types of firm operate locally.
