OPTIMISTIC for 2010

In spite of the snow and the bitter cold we have had a great start to 2010.  There is far more general activity than at the same time last year and there are many new customers registering an interest in properties to buy and let.  In fact buyer confidence is better than at any time in the past 18 months.  With a shortage of properties available for sale and for rental we are really delighted to have received so many instructions to offer properties for sale and let - details of which have started to appear on this web site and the many other property portals that we use including rightmove, propertyfinder and primelocation, propertylive, globrix, propertytoday to name but a few.
