HIPs A Load of Hot Air!!

Whoever you voted for, if you are considering selling your property it looks as though there is some good news as the new Government has announced that HIP's will be binned.  It looks as though Energy Performance Certifcates will still be required but details are still to be announced and it is likely to take some time to remove the HIP regulations so for the immediate future, barring any new announclents, it looks as though a HIP will still be a legal requirement before you can commence marketing.  However, it looks as though this unecessary expense will be avoided very soon which is great news.
